Every year during fall study period Wellness Education provides RELIEF from STUDYING during Well-Break. This year is no different. We will be in the small ballroom at Metcalf for our event this year. It will be held on: Tuesday December 13th 3pm-6pm Come early to avoid the lines and get access to all that will be offered. Students can access the services listed below during this event all of which are sure to provide some means for reducing stress. Thank you to our partners for your part in creating a relaxing environ-ment for students to take a BREAK!  Wellness Education– providing information about stress relief and access to other resources  Student Health Ambassadors– Teaching deep-breathing and visualization exercises  Wellness House– wellness information/resources  C.A.R.D– information around test anxiety  Karin Kramer– Acupuncture practical  Valerie Yip– Yoga practical and stretching  Sargent Choice Nutrition Center– brain food and information about mindless/mindful eating Well Break Tuesday December 13th 3pm-6pm Metcalf Small Ball-room Chair Massage and Food provid-ed to students who participate in the other activities. Free tea and hot chocolate availa-ble for a limited time during the event. 
