Michelle’s Wellness Corner It’s Good To Know About Wellness Dear Students-The semester is winding down and the hustle and bustle of holi-days, vacations, and finals is starting. Over the course of the next few weeks Wellness Education will be having some events specifi-cally dedicated to the stresses occurring at the end of Fall semes-ter. We hope you join us for either an online chat, well-break, or a stress buddy workshop before the next semester begins. We also want to share with you that our offices will be moving sometime before the end of January. While we will still be part of Student Health Services our physical office will be moving to: 19 Deerfield Street, 2nd Floor You will still be able to reach us via the wellness blog, Facebook and by emailing us at wellness@bu.edu! Take some time over the intercession to set yourself up for success by following these simple tips: i i i i Employ a reliable time management system that you will follow Do not over-commit Be a fan of QUALITY over QUANITY Take some time to rest, relax, and rejuvenate over break Taking time to smell the roses is essential to happiness and success!
