FIRST LADIES CORNER So when the pressure of life is pressing and it presses you to the point that you feel like what is the use, remember that as long as you got God and God got you, nothing is impossible. But when I get to this point I look to God and say, “Alright God there’s no way out, now you show off your power.” That’s when he turns the bitter into Sweet. Lady Lynch-You know what Lady Jefferson, in your squeeze it separates religion from relationship. When you have a relationship no matter what comes your way you can be like Paul when he said “What shall separate me from the love of Christ?” (Romans 8) Some of us have allowed people, situations, and hardships to turn their squeeze into a bitter spirit but when we allow God to be seen, I’m so glad that even in our weakness the bible says that His power will be made perfect. Oh thank you Jesus! For just when I think my lemonade may not be sweet enough, God will make it just right! Lady Jefferson- So women of God the next time someone asks you how you are doing WWW.ABOVERUBIESMAG.COM 21 in the midst of the fi ght. Tell them I’m squeezing and making Sweet Lemonade. I am so happy that God is with me even as we make lemonade. So keep on making lemonade, I know I will. Remember It’s gonna be worth the squeeze.
