What are your plans following graduation? I plan on attending the Massachusetts Institute of Technology where I will pursue a degree in mechanical engineering with a specialization in ocean engineering and marine design. I will also play baseball at MIT.

Who has influenced your baseball career the most? Coach Jim Sterling of the East Cobb Panthers. His favorite quote was, “Work hard, play hard, never give up.”
What have been your most significant accomplishments? National Merit Finalist, UGA Georgia Certificate of Merit Winner, Outstanding Student Award in Advanced Placement Microeconomics, 12th Grade Language Arts, Honors Chemistry and 10th Grade Language Arts. ACT/SAT Club Gold Level, Four-Year Honor Roll, State Reflections Winner in Photography, Spanish National Honor Society, National Honor Society, 2007 JV Offensive Player of the Year, 2006 BCS Southeast Regional Champion, and a two-year letterman at Chattahoochee High School.
What is your favorite Chattahoochee baseball memory? My favorite Chattahoochee baseball memory was Coach Erwin’s aftergame speech at Lassiter during my freshman year.
What are your other interests? Fishing, hunting, HALO, and spelunking.
How would you like to be remembered? I would like to be remembered as a hard worker both on the field and in the classroom.
Where do you see yourself in 10 years? In 10 years, I will have accumulated enough savings to retire and move to the Florida Keys where I will start my own charter fishing business.
